Ladies Only, Empowered Women, Empowering Women.

Although ladies train at all of our classes we also offer a “Ladies Only’ session once per week for those that perhaps would like to either just train with ladies or get started their journey in a ladies only environment. Train alongside other women in a supportive environment where you can build confidence, improve fitness, and learn new skills together. No pressure, no judgement, just a strong community helping each other grow. Women are very welcome to attend any class and we have women in all of our classes.

TUESDAYS 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

Women can also of course attend all our classes which are friendly and welcoming.
