🥊 What to expect at your first Muay Thai class

No need to book in advance, just come along…

  • You’ll be welcomed, no pressure, no expectations

  • Coach will introduce themselves and guide you through everything

  • Everyone was a beginner once (seriously)

🔥 Class structure (simple + supportive)

  • Warm-up (light cardio, mobility, exercises)

  • Technique (punches, kicks, basic movement)

  • Pad work/bagwork (fun and interactive)

  • 👉 You can go at your own pace the whole time

What you DON’T need

  • ❌ No experience

  • ❌ No fitness level required

  • ❌ No gear (just bring yourself)

  • What to bring

    • Comfortable workout clothes (no shoes necessary, floor is matted)

    • Water

    • A positive attitude (even if you’re nervous)
