You’ll be welcomed, no pressure, no expectations
Coach will introduce themselves and guide you through everything
Everyone was a beginner once (seriously)
🔥 Class structure (simple + supportive)
Warm-up (light cardio, mobility, exercises)
Technique (punches, kicks, basic movement)
Pad work/bagwork (fun and interactive)
👉 You can go at your own pace the whole time
What you DON’T need

❌ No fitness level required
❌ No gear (just bring yourself)
What to bring
Comfortable workout clothes (no shoes necessary, floor is matted)
Water
A positive attitude (even if you’re nervous)
